MaeBridge Co. (“MaeBridge”) provides business loan packaging, document preparation assistance, and lender referral services. The following disclosures are intended to help users understand MaeBridge's role in the financing process and the limitations of the services we provide.

MaeBridge Is Not a Lender

MaeBridge is not a bank, lender, or financial institution and does not directly provide or extend credit. MaeBridge does not make underwriting decisions, approve or deny loan applications, establish loan terms, or commit any lender to provide financing.

All lending decisions are made independently by the applicable lender based on its own underwriting standards, credit policies, eligibility requirements, and other criteria.

No Guarantee of Financing

MaeBridge cannot and does not guarantee loan approval, preapproval, funding, loan amount, interest rate, repayment terms, closing date, or any other financing outcome.

A referral to a lender, assistance preparing a loan package, or submission of information to a lender does not constitute an approval or commitment to lend. Financing remains subject to the lender's independent review and approval and, when applicable, SBA eligibility and program requirements.

Loan Terms and Costs

All loan terms, including interest rates, fees, repayment terms, collateral requirements, guaranty requirements, and closing conditions, are established by the lender and other applicable parties.

MaeBridge does not charge borrowers a fee for its loan packaging or lender referral services. Borrowers may, however, be responsible for fees and expenses associated with obtaining financing, including lender fees, SBA-related fees, appraisal costs, legal expenses, filing fees, closing costs, third-party expenses, or other transaction costs, as applicable.

MaeBridge Compensation

MaeBridge may receive compensation directly from a participating lender in connection with a funded loan or successful lender referral. Such compensation is paid by the lender and is not charged to the borrower by MaeBridge.

Where required, MaeBridge's role and compensation will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, SBA requirements, and lender procedures.

Lender Referrals

MaeBridge works with lending partners and may refer borrowers to lenders whose lending programs and criteria appear to align with the borrower's stated financing needs and circumstances.

A referral does not represent a guarantee that a particular lender is the only or best financing option available, nor does it guarantee that the lender will approve or fund the requested financing. Each lender independently determines whether it will consider, approve, and fund a transaction.

Borrowers are free to seek financing from other lenders or financing sources at any time.

SBA Programs and Affiliation

MaeBridge is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an agent of the U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”) or any other government agency.

References to SBA loan programs are provided for general informational purposes. SBA loan programs are subject to applicable SBA rules, eligibility requirements, lender underwriting requirements, and program availability, all of which may change.

Use of the term “SBA loan” or references to SBA programs does not imply SBA endorsement of MaeBridge or its services.

Information and Document Preparation

MaeBridge may assist borrowers in identifying, organizing, and preparing information and documentation commonly requested by lenders. MaeBridge may also provide templates intended to help borrowers present required information in an organized format.

Borrowers remain responsible for reviewing the information they provide and ensuring that all information and documentation submitted in connection with a financing request is complete, accurate, and truthful.

MaeBridge does not independently verify or certify the accuracy of all information supplied by borrowers and does not make representations to lenders regarding information beyond the information and documentation provided or authorized by the borrower.

No Professional or Business Consulting Advice
